The Singles and Doubles Ladders are back for 2013!

The deadline to register for the first segment of the Singles Ladder has been extended to Thursday, March 14th, and play begins on Friday, March 15th.

The deadline to register for the first segment of the Doubles Ladder is Thursday, March 28th and play begins on Monday, April 1st. Do not worry if you don't have a partner; there will be plenty of others in the same boat, and we can put you in touch with them.

The ladder is ATTA's intramural singles and doubles competition.  Both men and women compete against other members of similar experience and ability.  For doubles, mixed doubles teams are encouraged to enter as well.  The objective is to climb the ladder throughout the season and finish at the "top."  During each segment (4-week period), players are assigned two required matches, based on their current position on the ladder.  Challenge matches may also be played to earn additional points.

The ladder season runs from early spring through September, and the top 4 players or teams compete for awards in the playoffs at the end of the season.  The winner and finalist in each division are recognized at the annual ATTA Holiday Party.

Participation in the ladder is limited to current ATTA members.  The Ladder Chair will assist you in joining the ladder once you have become a member of ATTA.  You may join the ladder at any time during the season, but you'll earn more points and be more likely to make the playoffs if you join as close to the beginning of the ladder season as possible.

If  you would like to know how your fellow ATTA members are doing in the ladder, you can download the most recent segment results (provided below) after you have logged onto the ATTA website (only ATTA members may log in).  In addition, the answer to our trivia questions and winners of the raffle prizes are also provided on the Ladder Results web page.  So join today to get access to this privileged information!

After you register, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.  Please note that you must be a 2013 ATTA member in order to participate in the ladder.
