PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY
ATTA plans to offer Pickleball Open Play on a regular basis in 2024. Our next outing will be Sunday, January 28th, 9-11 am, DeKalb Tennis Center. Bring your own paddle or you can rent one from the office. We will have an ATTA member instructor on hand to guide us. No experience necessary. All levels welcomed. $5/member, $10/nonmember. Future programs, cancellations or schedule changes will be announced via social media or you can join ATTA's Pickleball Open Play WhatsApp for announcements.
LET'S GET 2024 GOING!
The ATTA Board 2024 is off to a great start and has a whole slate of fun activities planned for you. Some activities and programs will be repeats of last year's favorites and some will be new. ATTA is also honored to announce that it has adopted Lost-n-Found Youth as a charity for 2024. LnFY is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to end homelessness for LGBTQ+ youths and young adults by providing residential services, food, clothing, and job placement services to this underserved population. Last year ATTA (and that means You) donated $12,000 to LnFY and has donated over $35,000 total in recent years. Your membership fees, donations, and program participation provide the operational funds for ATTA to conduct its activities, many of which draw corporate and individual sponsorships that make these charitable donations possible. Thank you for your continued support of ATTA and, by extension, its charities. ATTA membership is on a calendar year basis. All 2023 memberships have expired. Please renew your membership or join ATTA to take immediate advantage of reduced rates and various freebies. The 2024 T-shirts are in stock and will be made available at most ATTA events.
